About Us

Hayden is a board certified PA with over 10 years experience. He has dedicated his career to providing exceptional care in surgical, hospitalist, and emergency settings. In 2024, he was honored as National PA of the Year, recognizing my commitment to excellence in acute care and trauma management.

Throughout his career, he’s witnessed firsthand the struggles patients face—many without insurance, unable to access the care they need. He traveled on medical mission trips and received treatment in other countries, seeing how access to care can be simpler and more affordable.

He founded RealTime Primary Care to eliminate the complexity of healthcare and make it affordable, transparent, and accessible. He worked extensively to partner with organizations that provide low-cost medications, labs, X-rays, and even colonoscopies for colon cancer screening.

His mission is simple: put patients first and remove the barriers to care. Healthcare should be easy, and I’m committed to making a real difference in the world.

Dr. MacDade MD is a board certified Emergency Medicine Physician with over 15 years of experience.  He is a graduate of Wake Forest University School of Medicine.  He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Florida with a focus on critical care and trauma.   He has been driven to provide compassionate care throughout his career in medicine.
Dr. MacDade currently works at a Level 2 trauma center in Colorado.
